8 Rounds of Auditions
Auditions Rounds be held @ Ruta Maya
8 afternoons (each band will perform 3 original songs)

Audition #1 Saturday Aug. 15, 1:30pm-2:30pm
Audition #2 Saturday Aug. 22, 1:30pm-4:00pm
Audition #3 Thursday Oct. 1, 4:00pm-7:00pm Cancelled
Audition #3 Thursday Oct. 8, 5:00pm-7:00pm
Audition #4 Thursday Oct. 15, 5:00pm-7:00pm
Audition #5 Thursday Oct. 22, 5:00pm-7:00pm
Audition #6 Thursday Oct 29, 5:00pm-7:00pm
Audition #7 Thursday Nov. 5, 5:00pm-7:00pm
Audition #8 Thursday Nov. 12, 5:00pm-7:00pm

1 band will be chosen from each round

(8 bands, each band will perform 4 original songs)
Top two bands go on to the finals

(Each band will perform 5 original songs) Choose a winner

Dates & Venue for the Semi Finals & Finals to be scheduled once
Audition Rounds are completed so all Finalists can attend & compete

The Winning Band
The "winning band" will attend a 1 week Songwriting Performance Camp at the Austin Guitar School.
Once the camp is completed the band will record a CD at Austin to Boston recording studios.
A CD release party will be scheduled "TBA" as well as radio appearances on KGSR & KUT.
The band will also be entered to perform at the 2010 SXSW showcase.
